Requirements
- 5–7+ years of experience leading global or multi-regional program management initiatives.
- Proven experience translating strategic objectives into scalable programs, processes, and operational solutions.
- Strong project management, governance, and change management skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management abilities, with the capacity to influence without direct authority across teams and geographies.
- Strong written, verbal, presentation, and executive communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and a focus on continuous improvement.
- Ability to understand business impacts across operational, financial, legal, technical, and regional dimensions.
- Experience creating executive presentations, program documentation, communication plans, and training materials.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Strategic and creative thinker who challenges existing approaches and identifies innovative solutions.
- Advanced proficiency with collaboration and productivity tools including Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Airtable, Teams, Zoom, and similar platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead global channel programs from strategy and design through implementation, governance, rollout, and ongoing improvement.
- Translate strategic objectives into scalable operational processes and implementation plans that enable successful regional adoption.
- Partner with teams across channel strategy, sales, finance, legal, operations, and regional organizations to align priorities and drive execution.
- Influence stakeholders across different functions, regions, and organizational levels to build alignment and achieve program objectives.
- Monitor program performance, evaluate effectiveness, and identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Develop rollout strategies, implementation plans, program updates, communications, training materials, and documentation.
- Establish and maintain program governance frameworks, approval processes, executive presentations, and operational guidelines.
- Apply structured project management practices to ensure timelines, milestones, and deliverables are successfully achieved.
- Act as a collaborative program leader, connecting teams, processes, and stakeholders across a global organization.
