Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in program or project management, ideally focused on data management, data governance, or enterprise systems.
- Proven experience delivering complex initiatives within large, matrixed organizations.
- Strong understanding of master data management concepts, data quality principles, and governance frameworks.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and change management practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with business leaders, technical teams, and cross-functional partners.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with SAP, Salsify, Appian, or similar enterprise platforms is an asset.
- PMP certification or another relevant project management certification is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Organize, plan, and monitor the execution of master data development activities supporting high-impact corporate programs and initiatives.
- Develop and improve internal processes, workflows, and ways of working across master data functions.
- Partner with business units, IT teams, and data governance stakeholders to define project deliverables, timelines, priorities, and resource requirements.
- Create and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource allocations for multiple master data initiatives.
- Monitor project progress, resolve issues, manage risks, and provide clear status updates to leadership and project sponsors.
- Coordinate intake and prioritization of new master data requests to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Support change management activities, including training, communication, and adoption initiatives for new solutions.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to data integration, migration, governance, and process improvements.
- Measure project performance and communicate outcomes, progress, and business impact.
- Coordinate testing activities related to master data systems, processes, and solutions.
