Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in program or project management, ideally focused on data management, data governance, or enterprise systems.
  • Proven experience delivering complex initiatives within large, matrixed organizations.
  • Strong understanding of master data management concepts, data quality principles, and governance frameworks.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and change management practices.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with business leaders, technical teams, and cross-functional partners.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with SAP, Salsify, Appian, or similar enterprise platforms is an asset.
  • PMP certification or another relevant project management certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Organize, plan, and monitor the execution of master data development activities supporting high-impact corporate programs and initiatives.
  • Develop and improve internal processes, workflows, and ways of working across master data functions.
  • Partner with business units, IT teams, and data governance stakeholders to define project deliverables, timelines, priorities, and resource requirements.
  • Create and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource allocations for multiple master data initiatives.
  • Monitor project progress, resolve issues, manage risks, and provide clear status updates to leadership and project sponsors.
  • Coordinate intake and prioritization of new master data requests to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
  • Support change management activities, including training, communication, and adoption initiatives for new solutions.
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to data integration, migration, governance, and process improvements.
  • Measure project performance and communicate outcomes, progress, and business impact.
  • Coordinate testing activities related to master data systems, processes, and solutions.
