Responsibilities

  • Manage key customer relationships, serving as the main point of contact for employer partners and users.
  • Lead the customer support function to gather valuable feedback from customers and end users.
  • Build operational tests and processes from scratch in an early-stage environment.
  • Iterate on existing processes to support company scaling.
  • Collaborate with the founding team to solve complex operational challenges.
