Responsibilities
- Manage key customer relationships, serving as the main point of contact for employer partners and users.
- Lead the customer support function to gather valuable feedback from customers and end users.
- Build operational tests and processes from scratch in an early-stage environment.
- Iterate on existing processes to support company scaling.
- Collaborate with the founding team to solve complex operational challenges.
