Requirements

Strong commercial experience in macOS endpoint or platform engineering.
Direct hands-on implementation and administration experience with Kandji/Iru.
Proven experience designing and building standardized corporate MacBook configurations.
Deep knowledge of macOS configuration profiles, policies, and security controls.
Expertise in Apple Business Manager and Automated Device Enrolment.
Strong understanding of zero-touch deployment and device provisioning.
Experience implementing FileVault encryption and enterprise security standards.
Skilled in application packaging, deployment, and patch management.
Ability to document technical environments for internal or MSP handovers.
Ability to work independently on delivery-focused technical projects.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the CISO and IT stakeholders to define standardized MacBook configuration requirements.
Design and build a secure, scalable, and supportable macOS endpoint environment.
Configure and implement Kandji/Iru as the central endpoint management platform.
Establish configuration profiles, blueprints, and device management standards.
Set up Automated Device Enrolment and zero-touch deployment via Apple Business Manager.
Implement macOS security hardening, FileVault encryption, and compliance controls.
Define processes for application deployment, patching, and software updates.
Produce comprehensive technical documentation and operational procedures.
Conduct structured knowledge transfer and handover to the Managed Service Provider.
