Requirements
- Proven track record in software/technology sales, consulting, or customer success
- Proven experience leading teams, driving software adoption, and scaling customer success practices
- Experience with software development lifecycle processes and tools, including agile and/or DevOps
- Ability to develop and execute strategies and track successful delivery
- Demonstrated ability to lead managers and manage global, distributed teams
- Strong management presence and leadership ability with high-level communication skills
- Experience working with senior executives (VP/CxO)
- Fluent German
Responsibilities
- Mentor and enable the team to exceed company growth and retention forecasts
- Manage a team of CSMs to oversee account health, onboarding, stage adoption, and renewals
- Provide leadership and guidance to coach, motivate, and develop team members
- Manage resource assignments, staffing levels, and recruitment
- Identify and implement improvements to processes and tools
- Develop senior-level relationships with customers and partner with other internal team leaders
- Collaborate with Engineering and Product to ensure goal alignment
