Requirements

  • Proven track record in software/technology sales, consulting, or customer success
  • Proven experience leading teams, driving software adoption, and scaling customer success practices
  • Experience with software development lifecycle processes and tools, including agile and/or DevOps
  • Ability to develop and execute strategies and track successful delivery
  • Demonstrated ability to lead managers and manage global, distributed teams
  • Strong management presence and leadership ability with high-level communication skills
  • Experience working with senior executives (VP/CxO)
  • Fluent German

Responsibilities

  • Mentor and enable the team to exceed company growth and retention forecasts
  • Manage a team of CSMs to oversee account health, onboarding, stage adoption, and renewals
  • Provide leadership and guidance to coach, motivate, and develop team members
  • Manage resource assignments, staffing levels, and recruitment
  • Identify and implement improvements to processes and tools
  • Develop senior-level relationships with customers and partner with other internal team leaders
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Product to ensure goal alignment
