Requirements
- Passion for gaming, Free-to-Play, and Games-as-a-Service models.
- 2+ years of experience in Product Management, with gaming industry experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to prepare clear, concise documentation.
- Results-oriented, independent, and proactive attitude.
- Experience working in agile, continuous discovery, and continuous delivery environments.
- Strong understanding of quantitative (data) and qualitative (community) feedback balance.
- Working experience with KPIs and general data analysis.
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- SQL and Tableau experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Serve as end-to-end Product Owner responsible for game performance, players, and metrics.
- Translate product vision and strategy into execution-level requirements and measurable goals.
- Maximize operational efficiency by focusing on cost-effective, high-impact opportunities.
- Lead cross-functional communications with engineers, designers, and marketers.
- Develop a deep understanding of product growth drivers using data and user feedback.
- Manage daily in-game engagement, events, and promotions based on game metrics.
- Improve retention, conversion, and monetization through hypothesis testing.
- Lead and manage team members responsible for daily operations.
- Collaborate with other Product Managers and leadership on cross-product initiatives.
