Requirements
- Strong product discovery and problem framing skills with a focus on internal users.
- Proven ability to translate complex business or platform needs into clear requirements and user stories.
- Experience working with APIs, data models, and configuration concepts.
- Skilled in GDS Sabre and GDS Amadeus.
- Analytical and metrics-driven approach to defining KPIs and driving prioritization.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to operate effectively between high-level strategy and detailed execution.
Responsibilities
- Define and deliver the strategy, roadmap, and execution for the internal Admin & Configuration Platform.
- Deeply understand configuration workflows, pain points, and scalability constraints to improve internal admin tools.
- Manage PNR formats globally to support commerce operations.
- Partner with engineering, UX, and architecture teams to deliver high-quality platform solutions.
- Collaborate with Implementation and Operations teams to streamline onboarding and configuration at scale.
- Translate complex business and platform needs into clear requirements and user stories.
- Represent Admin Product management in cross-functional projects.
