Requirements
- 10+ years of overall professional IT consulting experience.
- Recent employment at a global consulting or software company.
- 5+ years of direct experience managing a billable consulting or services team of at least 30 people within the local market.
- Proven track record of hiring and scaling professional teams in Poland or Central Europe.
- Practical understanding of the Polish tech market and Polish labor law.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C1 level).
- Must be based in or around Poznan, Lodz, Warsaw, Krakow, or Wroclaw.
Responsibilities
- Lead the hiring and people management strategy for our Managed Services team in Poland.
- Manage a high-performing team of experts and managers, ensuring accurate resource planning and capacity management.
- Oversee individual performance management for the team.
- Collaborate with other Professional Services and Managed Services teams to drive operational synergy.
- Engage directly with customers as an escalation and delivery lead on strategic accounts.
