Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in People Operations or People Partnering.
- Proven experience managing or scaling international People Operations in a multi-country European setup.
- Experience leading or supporting an EOR-to-entity transition from the People Operations side.
- Strong systems and operational thinking with the ability to build scalable frameworks.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on operational execution.
- Strong stakeholder management and partnering capabilities.
- Comfortable using AI and tooling for process design and automation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C1/C2 level).
- Experience in a scale-up or high-growth environment.
- Must be located within Germany or at international hubs in Amsterdam, Vienna, Madrid, or Milan.
- Willingness to travel to Hamburg HQ at least once per quarter.
Responsibilities
- Drive strategy and execution of EOR-to-entity transition workstreams.
- Build and improve international people policies, workflows, and operational standards.
- Shape and operationalize international total rewards and working guidelines.
- Translate operational challenges into improved systems, documentation, and workflows.
- Own the full international People Ops & Partnering lifecycle and ensure compliant, high-quality execution.
- Partner with Finance, Legal, and payroll providers to ensure compliant international operations.
- Serve as a trusted People Partner to international employees and local country leads.
