Requirements
- Completed university degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Several years of professional experience managing IT or software implementation projects.
- Deep knowledge of SAP modules.
- Strong understanding of business processes and their implementation in SAP.
- Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile methodologies is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Leadership experience and ability to motivate teams.
- 30-40% travel readiness for client meetings and office visits.
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting while maintaining high-level client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Assume overall responsibility for operative planning, control, and monitoring of project progress.
- Coordinate technical implementation activities and ensure high-quality delivery.
- Lead project teams, define milestones and work packages, and perform ongoing project reporting.
- Communicate project status transparently to internal and external stakeholders, including C-level management.
- Optimize and redesign business processes using deep expertise in SAP modules.
