Requirements
- 3+ years of experience within a global organization supporting SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting & Onboarding.
- Proven hands-on configuration experience within SAP SuccessFactors.
- Experience across Recruiting, Onboarding, Talent Management, Performance & Goals.
- Experience building and configuring solutions directly within the system.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience engaging senior leadership.
- Experience working in complex global HRIS environments and multi-country processes.
- Experience with Role-Based Permissions (RBP).
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement and automation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
- SmartRecruiters experience (highly desirable).
- Experience migrating from Onboarding 1.0 to Onboarding 2.0 (highly desirable).
- SuccessFactors certification such as RXM or related (highly desirable).
Responsibilities
- Configure and enhance SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting, Onboarding and Talent Management modules.
- Build and maintain scalable solutions to improve user experience and process efficiency.
- Partner with global stakeholders and senior business leaders to gather requirements and deliver system improvements.
- Manage production changes in compliance with HRIS governance standards.
- Resolve Tier 2/3 system issues through root cause analysis.
- Test, analyze, and implement SuccessFactors releases and enhancements.
- Drive process simplification, automation, and system adoption across global teams.
