Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience within a global organization supporting SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting & Onboarding.
  • Proven hands-on configuration experience within SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Experience across Recruiting, Onboarding, Talent Management, Performance & Goals.
  • Experience building and configuring solutions directly within the system.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with experience engaging senior leadership.
  • Experience working in complex global HRIS environments and multi-country processes.
  • Experience with Role-Based Permissions (RBP).
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement and automation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
  • SmartRecruiters experience (highly desirable).
  • Experience migrating from Onboarding 1.0 to Onboarding 2.0 (highly desirable).
  • SuccessFactors certification such as RXM or related (highly desirable).

Responsibilities

  • Configure and enhance SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting, Onboarding and Talent Management modules.
  • Build and maintain scalable solutions to improve user experience and process efficiency.
  • Partner with global stakeholders and senior business leaders to gather requirements and deliver system improvements.
  • Manage production changes in compliance with HRIS governance standards.
  • Resolve Tier 2/3 system issues through root cause analysis.
  • Test, analyze, and implement SuccessFactors releases and enhancements.
  • Drive process simplification, automation, and system adoption across global teams.
