Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in SAP integration and SuccessFactors projects.
- Proficiency in SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI).
- Experience configuring and supporting IAS (Identity Authentication Service) and IPS (Identity Provisioning Service).
- Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors APIs.
- Client-facing consulting experience, including workshops, advisory engagements, and stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors integration projects, from requirements gathering through design, build, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Design and implement integrations between SuccessFactors, SAP, and third-party systems.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients on integration architecture, best practices, and solution design.
- Facilitate client workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder discussions.
- Configure, develop, and support integrations using SAP integration technologies.
- Define and maintain integration standards, reusable assets, and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions.
- Ensure integration security, compliance, and adherence to enterprise architecture standards.
