Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant experience in project or transformation management.
- Proven experience managing large-scale technology or security transformation projects.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering complex transformation programmes.
- Strong understanding of operating models and the ability to translate technology and security initiatives into measurable business outcomes.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, including working with senior executives in complex organizations.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to prepare executive-level decision materials.
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remove delivery obstacles.
- Change Management certification or equivalent qualification is highly desirable.
- Experience with cybersecurity programmes or AI-driven initiatives is a strong advantage.
Responsibilities
- Lead large-scale technology, security, and risk transformation initiatives within a complex enterprise environment.
- Drive multidisciplinary teams across technology, security, architecture, and business units to deliver agreed business outcomes.
- Own project governance, delivery planning, project controls, and executive stakeholder reporting.
- Track project outcomes, measure business value, and proactively adjust delivery plans when required.
- Coordinate stakeholders and manage dependencies across multiple business and technology teams.
- Support organizational change by establishing clear ownership and sustainable delivery models.
- Ensure effective communication with senior leadership and facilitate informed decision-making.
