Requirements
- Over 3 years of experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and the Waterfall model.
- Proven experience in creating project documentation.
- Fluent Russian language proficiency.
- English language skills sufficient for reading and writing technical documentation.
- Strong sense of responsibility, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Prior experience in the iGaming industry is considered a significant advantage.
Responsibilities
- Plan project and task scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Organize project development processes and monitor execution against deadlines.
- Plan and oversee the launch of complex product features.
- Identify and manage risks across projects and tasks.
- Manage the technical debt backlog and monitor progress.
- Organize team responses to production incidents to ensure SLA adherence.
- Maintain up-to-date task information in Jira.
- Facilitate Scrum/Kanban activities and meetings while collaborating across teams.
- Report on sprint/project status and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Manage team motivation and drive process improvements.
