Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a project management, production, or creative operations role.
- Proven track record of building or improving project management systems.
- Experience managing intake and prioritization across high-volume requests.
- Experience working cross-functionally with designers, developers, and marketers.
- Proficiency in Notion or comparable project management software.
- Comfortable using AI tools like Claude Code to build or improve internal planning systems.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote-first, asynchronous environment.
- Clear communication skills regarding scope, capacity, and project tradeoffs.
- Ability to work mostly on US East Coast time.
- Capacity to manage 20 hours per week as an independent contractor.
Responsibilities
- Own the intake and scoping of creative requests across the company.
- Build and maintain a realistic sprint schedule for the Brand Studio team.
- Remove project blockers and communicate proactively with stakeholders.
- Make proactive recommendations when priorities shift and tradeoffs are needed.
- Build and refine improvements to internal capacity planning tools using AI-assisted coding.
- Hold team members accountable to deadlines and help increase creative output.
