Requirements
- 12+ years’ experience managing projects in customer-facing implementation roles in a Professional Services function in a Software Company, preferably a SaaS provider
- Proven track record of working with external customers, as well as with key internal partner teams including Sales, Engineering, and Product Management
- Excellent customer engagement, presentation, and communication skills
- Solid organizational skills and multi-tasking skills, attention to detail, and ability to adapt to process in a quick changing environment
- Experience handling escalations at all levels
- Strong understanding of project financials, revenue, cost, and margin
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
- Experience with creating, maintaining and following a repeatable project methodology
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex programs and projects to ensure successful customer deployment and adoption of Irth’s platform
- Manage and communicate deliverables, risks, project timeline, ROI, and issues
- Act as a liaison between Irth’s customers and internal teams to ensure smooth project completion and success
- Communicate professionally and succinctly while following Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
- Ensure internal processes and client-facing documents are current and in support of corporate goals
- Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
