Responsibilities
- Drive revenue on national sales campaigns.
- Act as the primary liaison between Fortune 500 clients and Field Retail Sales Partners.
- Coach and mentor field representatives to meet sales and quality standards.
- Analyze data and create reporting to identify sales trends.
- Develop and implement sales incentives to drive productivity.
- Ensure field teams represent clients accurately and with high quality.
- Execute and manage key client initiatives and tasks.
- Provide regular status updates and action plans to management.
