Job Details

5+ years of experience in Sales, with sales management within a SaaS or enterprise software environment.
Demonstrated success managing strategic customer relationships.
Proven ability to drive revenue growth through customer expansion and retention initiatives.
Experience partnering cross-functionally with Product, Professional Services, Marketing, and Support organizations.
Strong executive communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Experience utilizing CRM platforms such as Salesforce to manage customer relationships, forecasting, and business insights.

Lead and develop the North America Community Relations organization, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Act as a strategic partner to Community Relations leadership across EMEA and APAC to drive global alignment in business processes and revenue growth.
Develop and execute customer engagement strategies to strengthen executive relationships, improve satisfaction, and identify expansion opportunities.
Drive revenue growth through renewals, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with the New Business Sales team.
Serve as an executive sponsor for strategic customer relationships to manage escalations and mitigate risk.
Partner cross-functionally with Product, Professional Services, Customer Support, and Marketing to align customer needs with business priorities.
Monitor business performance using customer and revenue metrics and present strategic insights to leadership.
Represent the company at customer meetings, user conferences, and industry events.
