Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in financial operations or billing.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Proficient in Salesforce and Jira.
- Experience with financial systems.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle high-volume transactions with accuracy.
- Effective written and oral English communication skills.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proactive, self-starter approach with sound judgment.
Responsibilities
- Develop, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
- Complete assigned daily work tasks related to financial operations.
- Research and clear exception items on internal and external programs.
- Respond to emails and team Salesforce tickets.
- Produce and distribute reports and files.
- Train existing team members on processes and procedures.
- Participate in projects as needed.
- Stay up to date on industry and job-related trends and best practices.
