Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in analytics with strong hands-on experience manipulating large datasets and delivering insights in fast-paced environments
- Advanced SQL skills and proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Java, Scala, or C++)
- Strong experience with BI tools (especially Amazon QuickSight), building dashboards, end-to-end reporting systems, and analytical solutions
- Excellent communication skills to present data-driven insights, influence decision-making, and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
- Advanced Excel skills, and exposure to AI/automation tools
Responsibilities
- Lead forecasting for the Care organisation, including target setting, modelling assumptions, and communicating insights to finance and operations leadership
- Design and develop end-to-end reporting systems and dynamic dashboards that provide clear visibility into business performance and sales drivers
- Oversee data pipelines from third-party SaaS platforms into internal systems, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timeliness for all stakeholders
- Analyse sales, product, and customer success data; deliver ad hoc analysis and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations for Care leadership
- Collaborate with technology, analytics, operations, and business teams to resolve data issues, improve workflows, and leverage AI tools to automate and accelerate analytics
