Requirements
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing.
- 4+ years of advanced hands-on experience in Marketo, including engagement programs, lead scoring, and CRM integration.
- 3+ years experience in Salesforce CRM (Lightning) for lead/contact management, reporting, dashboards, and campaign setup.
- Strong understanding of marketing automation workflows and CRM data alignment.
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, conditional formulas).
- Strong analytical mindset and familiarity with B2B marketing and sales funnel processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Problem-solving mindset with curiosity and continuous improvement attitude.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to global team collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Set up and manage Marketo engagement programs and nurture streams.
- Execute A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness and engagement metrics.
- Leverage Munchkin V2 tracking to retain anonymous engagement data and enhance lead scoring accuracy.
- Set up, refine, and manage lead scoring models using merged activity datasets for targeted campaigns.
- Build automated Marketo programs to re-engage inactive leads and conduct churn analysis using behavioural data.
- Manage campaign builds, list uploads, database hygiene, and CRM integrations within Marketo.
- Ensure accurate and timely lead routing and assignment logic in Salesforce.
- Maintain Salesforce data quality through deduplication, data standardization, and enrichment.
- Conduct secondary research to verify and enhance database records with contact and firmographic details.
