Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in People Operations, HR administration, or a similar HR support role in a global or fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Experience working with HR systems and tools such as Jira, HRIS platforms, and employee engagement systems.
- Exposure to payroll administration and coordination with external vendors.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Excel for reporting and operational tasks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt to diverse stakeholders.
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
- Experience working in global, distributed teams is a strong advantage.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end People Operations support by handling employee queries and tickets across multiple regions through Jira.
- Own and maintain HR workflows related to onboarding, employee transitions, offboarding, and other lifecycle processes.
- Maintain HR systems and employee records, ensuring data consistency, integrity, and compliance.
- Support payroll administration for multiple regions by coordinating with external providers, reviewing outputs, and assisting with payments.
- Coordinate statutory reporting and compliance documentation with payroll vendors.
- Support financial administration tasks including vendor invoicing, expense processing, and budgeting inputs.
- Assist in global People Operations projects by providing research, documentation, and execution support.
