  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Experience working with HR systems and tools such as Jira, HRIS platforms, and employee engagement systems.
  • Exposure to payroll administration and coordination with external vendors.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Excel for reporting and operational tasks.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt to diverse stakeholders.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Experience working in global, distributed teams is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end People Operations support by handling employee queries and tickets across multiple regions through Jira.
  • Own and maintain HR workflows related to onboarding, employee transitions, offboarding, and other lifecycle processes.
  • Maintain HR systems and employee records, ensuring data consistency, integrity, and compliance.
  • Support payroll administration for multiple regions by coordinating with external providers, reviewing outputs, and assisting with payments.
  • Coordinate statutory reporting and compliance documentation with payroll vendors.
  • Support financial administration tasks including vendor invoicing, expense processing, and budgeting inputs.
  • Assist in global People Operations projects by providing research, documentation, and execution support.
