Requirements

- Knowledge of HR data governance, quality management, and reporting standards.
- Experience with Learning Management System (LMS) administration.
- Ability to translate complex workforce data into actionable business insights.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and process improvement.
Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain core HR systems including ADP, HRIS platforms, and LMS tools.
- Configure and optimize workflows, permissions, and system integrations.
- Manage HR data integrity through regular audits, validation, and governance controls.
- Build and maintain workforce dashboards and analytics to support leadership decision-making.
- Translate workforce data into actionable insights for headcount, attrition, and performance metrics.
- Support payroll coordination, vendor engagement, and data validation processes.
- Maintain HR process documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Oversee LMS administration, including compliance tracking and user management.
