  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and process improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain core HR systems including ADP, HRIS platforms, and LMS tools.
  • Configure and optimize workflows, permissions, and system integrations.
  • Manage HR data integrity through regular audits, validation, and governance controls.
  • Build and maintain workforce dashboards and analytics to support leadership decision-making.
  • Translate workforce data into actionable insights for headcount, attrition, and performance metrics.
  • Support payroll coordination, vendor engagement, and data validation processes.
  • Maintain HR process documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Oversee LMS administration, including compliance tracking and user management.
