Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in construction coordination, material management, or project support roles.
  • Strong understanding of construction workflows, including procurement, scheduling, and vendor coordination.
  • Ability to manage product lead times, delivery schedules, and multi-project priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Word).
  • Ability to read plans or architectural drawings.
  • Experience with tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, or similar construction platforms is a plus.
  • Strong planning mindset with the ability to anticipate issues before they arise.
  • Excellent communication skills with confidence interacting with vendors and internal teams.
  • High level of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.
  • Bilingual Spanish is considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the full submittal process, ensuring all documentation is prepared, reviewed, and approved in alignment with project requirements.
  • Coordinate material ordering and procurement activities based on project schedules and construction milestones.
  • Track vendor lead times and proactively adjust timelines to prevent delays in project execution.
  • Manage phased delivery planning, ensuring materials arrive accurately and on time to support field operations.
  • Maintain clear, consistent communication with project managers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress and resolve scheduling or supply chain issues as they arise.
  • Support reporting and updates to leadership on project status, risks, and delivery performance.
