Job Details

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or professional certifications such as CFA/CPA preferred).
5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a similar finance-focused role.
Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting.
Hands-on expertise with financial planning tools such as Anaplan is highly desirable.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data modeling.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts for stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment.

Lead financial planning and analysis activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning using tools such as Anaplan.
Perform detailed variance analysis, trend analysis, and forecasting to identify key business drivers and performance gaps.
Develop and maintain advanced financial models to support strategic initiatives, investment decisions, and business case development.
Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership, translating complex data into actionable insights.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial inputs and support business decision-making.
Identify and drive process improvements and automation opportunities within FP&A reporting and analysis.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of financial data across reporting cycles.
Support ad-hoc financial analysis and strategic projects as required by the business.
