Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as an IT Analyst or Senior IT Analyst.
- Strong technical expertise in SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting.
- Experience in Java (including Struts), JSP, and HTML.
- Hands-on experience with PLM/PDM systems and supply chain tools.
- Experience with Power Platform tools (PowerApps, Power Automate, SharePoint).
- Experience with Excel macros and VB scripting.
- Strong understanding of product development processes from ideation to manufacturing.
- Experience in Agile or structured project delivery methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support ongoing application and platform support activities, including issue resolution, root cause analysis, and continuous system improvement.
- Participate in end-to-end project lifecycle activities including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and documentation.
- Develop and maintain process flow documentation, test scripts, and system validation activities.
- Provide user support across global regions, including participation in off-hours support rotation and incident resolution.
- Ensure compliance with IT governance standards including system access control, data security, and change management policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver improvements across product development and supply chain systems.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in product development and supply chain domains.
