Requirements

  • Experience in HR administration, HR operations, shared services, or employee lifecycle support.
  • Hands-on experience processing HR transactions such as onboarding, changes, and terminations.
  • Familiarity with HR systems for maintaining employee records and supporting workflows.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office tools.
  • Understanding of HR processes, employee lifecycle stages, and data confidentiality requirements.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, consistency, and process compliance.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Exposure to HR systems such as ADP or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Experience supporting payroll coordination or benefits administration is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Process employee lifecycle transactions including hires, changes, transfers, compensation updates, benefits changes, and terminations.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
  • Support HR workflows, approvals, and case management activities.
  • Conduct regular data validation and quality checks to ensure integrity across HR systems.
  • Assist in preparing standard HR reports, employee data extracts, and operational metrics.
  • Support payroll coordination by managing inputs, documentation, and validation of changes.
  • Coordinate benefits administration activities including enrolments and provider communication.
