Requirements

  • Proven experience supporting HR administration, operations, or shared services processes.
  • Experience processing full-cycle HR transactions including hires, changes, and terminations.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Demonstrated experience maintaining HR systems and case management or ticketing platforms.
  • Solid experience with payroll administration and employee benefits coordination.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and commitment to data integrity.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgement.
  • Knowledge of data privacy and information security principles.
  • Experience using HR platforms like ADP Workforce Now, Oracle HCM, or Sage HR is highly desirable.
  • Relevant HR, administration, or payroll qualifications or certifications are preferred.
  • Experience supporting multi-country HR operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Process employee lifecycle transactions including hires, transfers, compensation updates, and terminations in HR systems.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant employee records, personnel files, and HR documentation.
  • Manage HR workflows and serve as a first point of contact for employee and manager enquiries.
  • Coordinate payroll administration, benefits enrolments, and reconciliation across designated jurisdictions.
  • Prepare, validate, and distribute recurring HR operational reports and metrics.
  • Support HR projects, process improvement initiatives, and audit/compliance activities.
  • Collaborate with internal HR stakeholders and external payroll/benefits providers.
