Requirements
- Proven experience supporting HR administration, operations, or shared services processes.
- Experience processing full-cycle HR transactions including hires, changes, and terminations.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Demonstrated experience maintaining HR systems and case management or ticketing platforms.
- Solid experience with payroll administration and employee benefits coordination.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and commitment to data integrity.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgement.
- Knowledge of data privacy and information security principles.
- Experience using HR platforms like ADP Workforce Now, Oracle HCM, or Sage HR is highly desirable.
- Relevant HR, administration, or payroll qualifications or certifications are preferred.
- Experience supporting multi-country HR operations is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Process employee lifecycle transactions including hires, transfers, compensation updates, and terminations in HR systems.
- Maintain accurate and compliant employee records, personnel files, and HR documentation.
- Manage HR workflows and serve as a first point of contact for employee and manager enquiries.
- Coordinate payroll administration, benefits enrolments, and reconciliation across designated jurisdictions.
- Prepare, validate, and distribute recurring HR operational reports and metrics.
- Support HR projects, process improvement initiatives, and audit/compliance activities.
- Collaborate with internal HR stakeholders and external payroll/benefits providers.
