Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Analytics, Business, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in compensation, total rewards, workforce analytics, organizational design, or a closely related field.
- Advanced Excel and strong quantitative and analytical capabilities.
- Hands-on experience with compensation benchmarking, salary structures, market pricing, and annual compensation review processes.
- Experience working with compensation survey providers and interpreting external market data.
- Knowledge of job evaluation, job architecture, job leveling, and career framework methodologies.
- Experience with HR reporting, workforce planning, analytics, or organizational modeling tools.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy when working with sensitive compensation and employee data.
- Ability to translate analytical findings into clear recommendations, executive-level insights, and compelling business cases.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills for working with HR, Finance, and senior stakeholders.
- Sound judgment, discretion, and a strong understanding of compensation governance and data confidentiality.
Responsibilities
- Conduct compensation benchmarking, market pricing, and salary structure analyses to support competitive and equitable pay practices.
- Support annual compensation review cycles, salary administration, compensation recommendations, and related business cases.
- Contribute to job architecture, job evaluation, job leveling, and career framework initiatives across the organization.
- Analyze workforce trends, organizational effectiveness metrics, and workforce data to identify insights and opportunities.
- Develop executive dashboards, workforce reports, and compensation analytics that support informed leadership decision-making.
- Support equity and long-term incentive program administration and contribute to executive compensation reporting.
- Manage compensation survey participation, data submissions, and analysis of external market information.
- Support organizational modeling, redesign, restructuring, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
- Partner with HR Business Partners and Finance to align compensation and workforce strategies with business priorities.
- Maintain high standards of data accuracy, confidentiality, and compensation governance compliance.
