Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance.
- 3-5 years of experience in Billings (OTC) and expense reporting.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, etc.).
- Experience working with large data sets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work night shifts (6:00 PM to 3:00 AM IST).
- Attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.
- Experience with Digital media billing (preferred).
- Experience with Oracle Fusion (preferred).
- Experience with Salesforce (preferred).
- Knowledge of macros and SQL (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Manage monthly billing reconciliation for all lines of business, including reconciling campaigns and creating invoices.
- Ensure invoices are generated accurately and timely according to client agreements.
- Provide end-to-end support to business teams and coordinate across operations, account management, collections, and auditors.
- Assist with month-end close activities, including preparing revenue estimates.
- Maintain proper documentation to support audit needs and compliance.
- Review employee expense reports for policy compliance and conduct monthly expense analysis.
- Support ad hoc projects and reporting requirements as requested by management.
