Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with Meta Ads in a product company (product-side).
- Experience working with web funnels (Web or Web-to-App preferred).
- Experience managing advertising budgets of $100k+/month or higher.
- Experience mentoring or teaching others.
- Experience launching new advertising channels or products (preferred).
- Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to quickly generate and test marketing and creative hypotheses.
- English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
Responsibilities
- Launch Meta Ads for the new AI product Kato and define the Meta development strategy for Kato and JustDone.
- Build systems for testing, optimizing, and scaling Meta campaigns in collaboration with Product Marketing and Creative teams.
- Achieve positive unit economics and scale Meta channels from $100k+/month to millions in monthly spend.
- Define the Meta User Acquisition strategy for the company and provide business-level expertise.
- Form and lead a team of User Acquisition specialists.
