Requirements

  • Native or fluent Dutch/Flemish (C1/C2).
  • Good English skills (B2 or higher).
  • Currently living in Greece.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
  • Customer service experience is an advantage.
  • Previous technical support experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line technical support to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and/or chat.
  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide customers through step-by-step solutions.
  • Assist with account, login, and product-related inquiries.
  • Escalate more complex technical issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions.
  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience while meeting quality standards.
