Requirements
- Native or fluent Dutch/Flemish (C1/C2).
- Good English skills (B2 or higher).
- Currently living in Greece.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
- Customer service experience is an advantage.
- Previous technical support experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and/or chat.
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide customers through step-by-step solutions.
- Assist with account, login, and product-related inquiries.
- Escalate more complex technical issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
- Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience while meeting quality standards.
