Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers via phone, chat, and e-mail.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues using problem-solving skills.
  • Track and follow cases to ensure they are closed in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction while representing a major brand.
  • Provide professional support and maintain strong relationships with partners.
  • Work towards achieving client-set and internal performance targets.
  • Update key stakeholders on issue resolution status via written and verbal communication.
  • Log cases in internal systems and maintain up-to-date knowledge of client products.
