Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via phone, chat, and e-mail.
- Troubleshoot technical issues using problem-solving skills.
- Track and follow cases to ensure they are closed in an efficient and timely manner.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction while representing a major brand.
- Provide professional support and maintain strong relationships with partners.
- Work towards achieving client-set and internal performance targets.
- Update key stakeholders on issue resolution status via written and verbal communication.
- Log cases in internal systems and maintain up-to-date knowledge of client products.
