Requirements
- Previous founding experience at a venture-backed company.
- Demonstrated success in B2B SaaS go-to-market, including sales and customer engagement.
- Fundraising fluency with ability to develop investor narratives and close capital.
- Proven ability to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
- Clear-eyed understanding of the risks and demands of co-founding a venture-backed company.
- Direct experience in ecommerce via operating a business, selling software, or building tools.
- Existing network within the ecommerce seller community such as Amazon sellers or Shopify operators.
Responsibilities
- Refine the ideal customer profile, pricing model, and product positioning.
- Lead pilots with ecommerce sellers, convert to paid engagements, and build go-to-market motions.
- Partner with the studio product and engineering team to ship V1 and iterate based on feedback.
- Lead the seed-stage fundraising process.
- Recruit and lead the founding team and establish the company culture.
