- Refine the ICP, size-tiered pricing model, and product positioning.
- Lead pilots with CPA firm managing partners, CAS leads, and BPO operators.
- Convert pilots to paid engagements and build a referral-led go-to-market motion.
- Partner with the FutureSight product and engineering team to ship V1.
- Iterate on product development based on user feedback.
- Lead the seed raise with support from the FutureSight network.
- Recruit and lead the founding team and establish the company culture.
