Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering.
• Strong background in speech processing, NLP, and generative AI.
• Expertise in speech analysis including ASR, speech-to-text, and sentiment detection.
• Experience with speech AI frameworks such as DeepSpeech, Whisper, and OpenAI Whisper.
• Proficiency in machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Strong understanding of acoustic modeling and computational linguistics in healthcare.
• Hands-on experience in cloud-based AI deployments (AWS, GCP, Azure) and API development.
• Familiarity with healthcare data regulations including FHIR/HL7 and HIPAA compliance.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in early-stage startups is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop the AI-driven cognitive screening and assessment platform.
• Focus on speech and natural language analysis.
• Help select AI/ML tech stack to build foundational capabilities.
• Develop speech processing models for cognitive health assessments.
• Analyze speech patterns and fluency to detect cognitive decline.
• Apply generative AI models to enhance healthcare decision-making.
• Build real-time speech-to-text and voice analysis pipelines.
• Implement NLP models for analyzing spoken and written language.
• Work on multi-modal AI approaches integrating various data types.
• Design cloud-based architectures compliant with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with data scientists and clinicians on AI applications.
• Drive best practices in AI ethics and model explainability.
