Requirements

- 0–1 years of sales or customer-facing experience (SDR I).
- 1–2+ years of outbound sales experience, including cold calling, cold email, or pipeline management (SDR II).
- Track record of meeting or exceeding quota or activity metrics (SDR II).
- Working knowledge of Salesforce or a comparable CRM (SDR II).
- Comfort articulating a value prop and handling early objections (SDR II).
Responsibilities
- Utilize Salesforce, cold calling, and email to generate and source new sales opportunities.
- Engage with curiosity utilizing the discovery strengths needed for a complete solutions pitch.
- Manage pipeline through customized outreach strategies.
- Identify prospect’s needs and record them in Salesforce for demo purposes after the lead hand-off.
- Build relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities.
- Demonstrate expertise on Subsplash platforms and services.
- Set up meetings or calls between prospective customers and Account Executives.
- Report to the Sales Manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results.
