Requirements
- Master's degree from an accredited college or university in psychology, marriage and family therapy, social work, or counseling.
- Active, current, and clear registration with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) as an AMFT, ACSW, or APCC.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in treating mental health consumers.
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Gmail.
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
- Excellent communication and listening skills, with the ability to communicate with compassion and empathy.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain professional standards.
- Detail oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct and telehealth therapy services to clients via phone, video, and in-person.
- Conduct mental health evaluations and formulate individualized treatment and recovery plans.
- Provide crisis intervention, case management, and referrals.
- Maintain up-to-date, accurate clinical records in compliance with HIPAA.
- Engage with case management, administrative, and leadership teams for coordinated care.
- Participate in clinical supervision and maintain supervision logs.
- Collaborate with the Enhanced Care Management (ECM) team on comprehensive case conceptualizations.
