Responsibilities
- Create new business opportunities through a mix of outbound and inbound leads to fuel growth in Australia.
- Engage MSPs through phone, email, and other channels to understand their challenges and identify solutions.
- Operate with autonomy to improve team processes, training, and use of technology.
- Work with sales management to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging.
- Conduct a high volume of calls and activities to book qualified meetings for the Account Executive team.
- Maintain high CRM hygiene and keep lead and account information up to date.
