Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- 2+ years of experience leading, coaching, and developing sales teams.
- Demonstrated experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in channel sales.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently, solve problems effectively, and take ownership of territory performance.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the time, including overnight travel.
- Valid driver's license and ability to operate a motor vehicle.
- Ability to lift and maneuver items up to 100 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic territory sales plans to achieve revenue targets, increase market share, and expand Aventon's dealer network.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives through effective business development, account management, and territory optimization.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new dealer partners while strengthening relationships with existing accounts.
- Lead, develop, and motivate a team of Field Sales Representatives to achieve performance objectives.
- Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and dealer feedback to identify opportunities and provide strategic recommendations.
- Partner with dealers and Field Sales Representatives to deliver product training, sales support, and merchandising strategies.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline visibility, and CRM reporting.
