Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • 2+ years of experience leading, coaching, and developing sales teams.
  • Demonstrated experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in channel sales.
  • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently, solve problems effectively, and take ownership of territory performance.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time, including overnight travel.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to operate a motor vehicle.
  • Ability to lift and maneuver items up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic territory sales plans to achieve revenue targets, increase market share, and expand Aventon's dealer network.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives through effective business development, account management, and territory optimization.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new dealer partners while strengthening relationships with existing accounts.
  • Lead, develop, and motivate a team of Field Sales Representatives to achieve performance objectives.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and dealer feedback to identify opportunities and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Partner with dealers and Field Sales Representatives to deliver product training, sales support, and merchandising strategies.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline visibility, and CRM reporting.
