Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience with a demonstrated history of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- At least 2 years of experience leading, coaching, and developing sales professionals, including recruiting, onboarding, and performance management.
- Strong background in business development, account management, channel sales, or dealer network management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, relationship-building, and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and other business applications.
- Valid driver's license.
- Willingness to travel up to 75%, including overnight travel.
- Ability to safely handle product demonstrations and equipment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic territory plans to achieve revenue targets, increase market share, and expand the dealer and retail partner network.
- Identify, recruit, onboard, and support new dealer partners while strengthening relationships with existing accounts to maximize long-term business growth.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Field Sales Representatives by setting goals, providing performance feedback, conducting evaluations, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Drive business development activities, optimize territory coverage, and ensure consistent execution of sales initiatives across assigned regions.
- Monitor market trends, competitive activity, customer feedback, and sales performance to identify new business opportunities and provide strategic recommendations.
- Partner with dealers to deliver product training, merchandising guidance, and sales support that enhances customer experience and retail success.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, CRM records, pipeline visibility, and account activity while collaborating with internal teams to support operational excellence and territory growth.
