Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or related operational roles.
- Proven experience in technical leadership or end-to-end ownership of customer-facing delivery.
- Strong proficiency in at least one programming language: Python, Go, or Java.
- Extensive experience with major cloud platforms: AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Deep familiarity with Generative AI and ML concepts, including active use of AI tools for personal productivity.
- Strong hands-on experience with observability tools (e.g., Dynatrace, Datadog, Prometheus) and ITSM/ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow).
- Experience migrating customers off incumbent AIOps or incident-management platforms like PagerDuty, Splunk, or BigPanda.
- Deep technical integration experience with APIs, webhooks, event-driven systems, and schema transformation.
- Comfort with enterprise security standards: RBAC, encryption, auditability, and identity (SSO/SAML).
- Exceptional communication skills with a track record of building relationships with senior engineering leaders.
Responsibilities
- Implement and optimize the Ciroos AI SRE Teammate within customer production environments.
- Proactively monitor deployments and uncover reliability issues including misconfigurations and scaling bottlenecks.
- Lead complex enterprise migrations, replacing incumbent alerting/AIOps platforms and replicating hundreds of correlation rules.
- Integrate Ciroos with operational stacks including ticketing (ServiceNow), collaboration (Slack/Teams), and observability tools.
- Own end-to-end implementations from discovery and solution design through production cutover, UAT, and hypercare.
- Design AI-powered investigation and remediation workflows with clear guardrails and human-in-the-loop controls.
- Build reusable deployment modules, reference architectures, and runbooks to accelerate delivery repeatability.
- Report ROI and impact metrics (MTTI/MTTR reduction) to executive sponsors and provide roadmap feedback to product teams.
