Requirements
- Strong software engineering background with experience building production applications (Python preferred).
- Familiarity with AI application development, LLM APIs, or workflow automation is a strong plus.
- Comfortable working directly with enterprise and non technical customers to solve technical problems.
- Strong understanding of enterprise authentication and integrations (OAuth, SAML, SCIM, webhooks, REST APIs).
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical teams.
- Product-minded, highly autonomous, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Responsibilities
- Build customer-facing applications, workflows, and product capabilities that solve real enterprise problems.
- Develop AI-powered automations and integrations for customers and internal teams.
- Prototype and ship end-to-end solutions that can evolve into core product functionality.
- Partner directly with enterprise customers to understand requirements and drive successful deployments.
- Build and maintain integrations with APIs, webhooks, identity providers, SIEM/SOAR platforms, and other enterprise systems.
- Troubleshoot authentication and enterprise integration issues (OAuth, SAML, SCIM, etc.).
- Own multiple customer projects simultaneously, coordinating across engineering, product, and customer-facing teams.
- Translate customer feedback into scalable product improvements.
- Build internal tooling that accelerates onboarding, deployment, and operational workflows.
- Create and maintain documentation, dashboards, and best practices for customer deployments and integrations.
