Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, AI engineering, data engineering, or related technical roles.
- Strong programming experience in Python, Java, C#, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
- Proven experience building and deploying AI/ML or generative AI solutions in production environments.
- Experience designing distributed systems, REST APIs, microservices, or enterprise integrations.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and automated testing frameworks.
- Excellent customer-facing communication and consulting skills with ability to engage senior stakeholders.
- Experience leading technical delivery workstreams in agile, fast-paced environments.
- Willingness to travel as required for client engagements.
Responsibilities
- Partner directly with customers to understand business challenges, technical requirements, and operational goals, translating them into scalable AI-driven solutions.
- Lead technical discovery sessions, architecture workshops, and solution design discussions with both technical and executive stakeholders.
- Design, build, test, and deploy AI-enabled applications, APIs, microservices, and automation workflows.
- Develop solutions using modern AI techniques including LLMs, RAG, agentic systems, and machine learning models.
- Architect secure, scalable, and maintainable systems across cloud or hybrid environments.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, monitoring, logging, and observability frameworks.
- Lead technical workstreams and provide guidance across multiple concurrent client engagements.
- Mentor engineers through code reviews, design reviews, and hands-on technical coaching.
- Develop reusable frameworks and technical assets to improve delivery efficiency.
- Contribute to solution proposals, demos, and technical presentations.
