Build silent installation packages in MSI, MST, and MSIX formats and validate them through initial installation testing on Windows 11.
Gather packaging requirements from internal customers and translate them into technical documentation and scalable solutions.
Perform end-to-end packaging activities, including source validation, builds, testing, deployment, and production support.
Troubleshoot packaging and deployment issues using ProcMon, MSI verbose logging, and Windows Event Logs; identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
Query and modify the Windows Registry as part of packaging and deployment workflows.
Participate in peer reviews of packages to ensure quality and consistency with project standards.
Account for prerequisites, dependencies, and organizational packaging and deployment standards in delivered solutions.
Test, validate, and certify Windows platform and application compatibility, including interoperability with technologies such as Citrix.
