Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, AI engineering, machine learning, data engineering, or solution architecture.
- Proven experience leading engineering teams delivering enterprise software solutions.
- Demonstrated experience designing, building, and deploying AI/ML or Generative AI solutions in production environments.
- Strong proficiency in architecting distributed systems, APIs, microservices, and cloud-native applications.
- Hands-on experience with major cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and production monitoring.
- Strong communication, leadership, consulting, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead engineering teams in agile environments while remaining hands-on.
- Ability to travel as required by project needs.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical advisor for customer engagements, building relationships with executive leadership and technical stakeholders.
- Lead technical discovery sessions, solution workshops, and architecture discussions to define implementation strategies.
- Translate business priorities into scalable AI-enabled software roadmaps and solutions.
- Lead cross-functional engineering teams in delivering enterprise-scale AI and software solutions.
- Provide technical direction through the full development lifecycle, including architecture, sprint planning, and design reviews.
- Architect AI-enabled applications utilizing LLMs, RAG, agentic AI, and machine learning technologies.
- Establish engineering standards, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and quality metrics across engagements.
- Mentor engineers through architecture guidance, code reviews, and technical coaching.
- Coordinate geographically distributed and hybrid engineering teams.
