Requirements
- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Experience working with AI/ML systems and integrating LLMs into real products.
- Fluency in at least one backend language (e.g., Python, Go, Node.js, Java).
- Familiarity with frontend frameworks like React or Vue.
- Experience building and deploying production systems, APIs, and data pipelines.
- Proficiency in integrating third-party APIs and databases securely.
- Strong problem-solving skills for customer-facing environments.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Ability to own the full lifecycle of solutions and ship quickly.
- Willingness to travel for on-site deployments.
Responsibilities
- Identify and understand customers' most impactful multi-step tasks to automate.
- Integrate with customer systems including databases, third-party APIs, and internal tools.
- Iterate rapidly in the field to improve product fit and deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Architect, build, and maintain production-grade services that scale.
- Collaborate with product, research, and engineering teams to define the roadmap.
