Requirements
- 5+ years of experience shipping production-grade software as a backend or full-stack engineer.
- Demonstrable ownership of systems in live environments including debugging and on-call responsibility.
- Strong systems design expertise including APIs, webhooks, and event-driven architectures.
- Experience with authentication protocols such as OAuth and service accounts.
- Hands-on experience building with applied AI/LLMs in production.
- Proficiency in prompt design, tool use, RAG, and evaluation methods.
- Ability to work across multiple languages and modern backend frameworks.
- Strong ability to translate ambiguous problems into structured technical solutions.
- Experience with enterprise compliance, security reviews, and large-scale system constraints is a plus.
- Familiarity with enterprise domains like HRIS, payroll, IAM, or multi-tenant SaaS is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Partner with customers to define success criteria and translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Design and implement end-to-end solutions including APIs, data pipelines, and workflow automations.
- Manage production deployments, ensuring reliability, observability, and incident response readiness.
- Build and maintain AI-enabled systems using LLMs, agentic workflows, and RAG patterns.
- Develop measurement frameworks, KPIs, and test suites to evaluate system quality and impact.
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine architecture and improve reusable engineering components.
- Translate field insights into scalable playbooks and platform feedback.
