Requirements
- 10+ years of B2B marketing experience with increasing leadership responsibility.
- 5+ years of experience leading and managing multi-disciplinary marketing teams.
- Direct oversight experience of demand generation, content/creative production, or customer marketing.
- Proven track record of managing joint marketing programs with technology platforms or SaaS alliances.
- Experience partnering directly with Sales VPs, directors, and external partner leadership.
- Deep understanding of multi-month B2B sales cycles, buying committees, and revenue attribution.
- Analytical orientation with experience using pipeline metrics, win rates, and ROI modeling.
- Familiarity with modern MarTech/SalesTech stacks (CRM, MAP, PRM, ABM platforms).
- Understanding of modern AI landscape and cloud productivity paradigms.
- Exceptional communication and executive presence.
Responsibilities
- Own strategic vision and performance metrics for direct field pipeline and indirect partner-led business.
- Lead integrated marketing teams to deploy mid- and bottom-funnel acquisition campaigns.
- Oversee content frameworks and customer marketing to drive post-sale engagement and NRR.
- Execute joint marketing programs with strategic AI and productivity ecosystem partners.
- Manage marketing strategies for distribution networks and cloud marketplaces.
- Build and scale the ABM framework for high-value corporate and mid-market accounts.
- Partner with PLG/product teams to convert self-serve users into corporate agreements.
- Align with Sales VPs and Alliance leadership on territory strategies and target account lists.
- Oversee regional field events, customer advisory boards, and industry tech activations.
- Manage and mentor a global multi-disciplinary team across four core functions.
