Requirements
- 1 to 4 years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, or event coordination.
- Proven track record of managing events end to end and achieving measurable results.
- Experience managing an events budget, forecasting, and tracking spend.
- Ability to define KPIs and connect event activity to pipeline and revenue.
- Must have experience using AI projects, tools, or workflows to automate or improve marketing tasks.
- Familiarity with HubSpot CRM.
- Strong project management skills to handle timelines, budgets, and vendors.
- Effective communication skills for team briefing and executive interaction.
- Ability to problem-solve and maintain composure under pressure.
- Ability and willingness to travel 30% to 50% for events across North America.
- Must live near a major airport hub with frequent direct flights.
Responsibilities
- Source and prioritize events, conferences, and tradeshows aligned with revenue goals.
- Manage relationships and negotiate sponsorships, booth space, and vendor contracts.
- Coordinate end-to-end event logistics including booth design, travel, shipping, and catering.
- Serve as the primary on-site contact for booth setup, troubleshooting, and tear-down.
- Brief team members on objectives, target accounts, and event-day logistics.
- Collaborate with sales to drive pre-show meetings and post-event lead follow-up.
- Execute pre- and post-event marketing campaigns to drive booth traffic.
- Manage event budgets and track spend against forecasted ROI.
- Define KPIs and build post-event reports to track performance and impact.
