Requirements

  • 1 to 4 years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, or event coordination.
  • Proven track record of managing events end to end and achieving measurable results.
  • Experience managing an events budget, forecasting, and tracking spend.
  • Ability to define KPIs and connect event activity to pipeline and revenue.
  • Must have experience using AI projects, tools, or workflows to automate or improve marketing tasks.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot CRM.
  • Strong project management skills to handle timelines, budgets, and vendors.
  • Effective communication skills for team briefing and executive interaction.
  • Ability to problem-solve and maintain composure under pressure.
  • Ability and willingness to travel 30% to 50% for events across North America.
  • Must live near a major airport hub with frequent direct flights.

Responsibilities

  • Source and prioritize events, conferences, and tradeshows aligned with revenue goals.
  • Manage relationships and negotiate sponsorships, booth space, and vendor contracts.
  • Coordinate end-to-end event logistics including booth design, travel, shipping, and catering.
  • Serve as the primary on-site contact for booth setup, troubleshooting, and tear-down.
  • Brief team members on objectives, target accounts, and event-day logistics.
  • Collaborate with sales to drive pre-show meetings and post-event lead follow-up.
  • Execute pre- and post-event marketing campaigns to drive booth traffic.
  • Manage event budgets and track spend against forecasted ROI.
  • Define KPIs and build post-event reports to track performance and impact.
